Yet another forest-fire summer has ended, so the sunrises, and
sunsets are not as colorful. Thankfully. These diurnal events are, well, a different kind of colorful now.
Cloud jellyfish (?)
Got out of the pool a few weeks back, dripping wet of course, and left a … footprint donkey? or kangaroo? on the poolside deck.
The dog was out on the porch one night, & left some (uh…) evidence. I went out to clean this up, but this BEAST had apparently taken ownership of aforesaid feces, guarding it … so i cleaned it up later.
Out and up at “Zombie Road” (no, you probably won’t find THAT on local-area maps) — on a run/ride. Dogs are following me up the road near Land’s End Road, and lookin’ west from this angle.
Mount Garfield to the north.
and the Uncompahgre Plateau in the distance. Desert solitude !
