as you can imagine, if we go out INTENDING to see whatever, it, whatever “it” is, probably won’t be found. we hadn’t seen A collared lizard so far this year — and saw 2 different ones on 2 different daze. that snake might be lucky to be alive — i’m sure I have seen the same one twice, sunning itself across the middle of the dirt road. I stop, talk to it, saying “DON’T hang out here! next person by might not be so nice!” etc.
but: by all means, come on down. give us some “windows” — and, tentatively, I have a beer (and/or whiskey) date with M. Ash this coming Friday afternoon ~
Nice pix. I love the ones of the colorful lizard. That last one looks like either an antelope or an ostrich.

Each critter is a keeper…I had to make sure the snake wasn’t a Rattler, if it was I hope you and the dogs made a wide walk around!
